Online Sites:
We automatically collect certain information when you use, access or interact with our online Sites. This information does not necessarily reveal your identity directly but may include unique identification numbers and other information about the specific device you are using, such as the hardware model, operating system version, web-browser software (such as Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer), your Internet Protocol (IP) address/MAC address/device identifier, device event information (such as crashes, system activity and hardware settings, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL), geographic location, and other technical data that uniquely identifies your browser. If you prefer not to receive cookies while browsing our Sites, you can set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies. If your browser permits, you can refuse a cookie when your browser alerts you to its presence or generally refuse all cookies by turning them off in your browser; but some parts of our Sites, including the portion that is targeted for our registered customers, may not work properly in that case. You can delete cookies from your browser; however, that means that any settings or preferences managed by those cookies will also be deleted and you may need to recreate them. Depending on your mobile device, you may not be able to control tracking technologies through settings.
3. Information from third party sources and affiliated companies
From time to time, we may obtain information about you from third party sources as permitted by applicable law, such as public databases, resellers and channel partners, joint marketing partners, social media platforms or other publicly available information.

NESA shares personal information with consent or, as necessary, to complete any transaction or provide any Service requested or authorized. We may also disclose and transfer personal information to channel partners, strategic partners, suppliers and other third parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to assist with the operation of the Sites and/or the associated business transactions.

Additionally, we may access, transfer, disclose, and preserve personal information when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to:
- comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process, including from law enforcement or other government agencies;
- operate and maintain the security of NESA’s Services, including to prevent or stop an attack on NESA’s computer systems or networks; or
- protect the rights or property of NESA, including enforcing the terms governing the use of the Services; however, if NESA receives information indicating that someone is using NESA Services to traffic in stolen intellectual or physical property, NESA may refer the matter to law enforcement.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF INFORMATION
Pursuant to applicable regulations, NESA maintains reasonable technical and administrative procedures to protect data including personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, but NESA cannot ensure or warrant the security of any data against any possible loss or unauthorized access.
